Personalized Baby's Birth Plate

Each personalized baby plate has the baby's  first, middle and last name, the birth date, time, location, weight, and length. The 9 ¼" bone colored baby plate is embossed with tiny flowers intermixed with a cute bear, duck, bunny, booties, and rattle. 

Three personalized baby plates to choose from:  1) girl bear   2) boy bear  or 3) baby's family tree which includes the parents full names.
