If you need your order faster, shipping will be determined on an individual basis. Shipping includes shipping amount, insurance and special packaging. As extra precaution, plates are double boxed with bubble wrap and peanuts. FAMILY TREE PLATES & ART - FILLING OUT YOUR ORDER FORM When filling out information please print clearly, double-check that the names are spelled correct and dates are accurate. Also, names must be written in the proper birth order in which they should appear on each tree branch. What you send determines how your tree is designed to look. Ink used on the canvas and watercolor paper is permanent and can not be changed. The spelling of names will be exactly what you submit. PLATES ONLY: I will contact you once your order has been received and begin designing your plate. Once your tree is designed, I will e-mail you a proof of your family tree. A proof is a photo of your family tree on the plate without color. Once you receive your proof return the e-mail back with changes or your approval. Once it is approved I add color and ship. Typically your plate is completed within 2-3 weeks. If your deadline is earlier than that please let me know and I may be able to accommodate.
